LEADER - Youth Call for Expressions of Interest

LEADER – County Monaghan Rural Youth –Call for LEADER funding The LEADER Rural Development Programme (RDP) 2014-2020 for County Monaghan is open and we are hosting an information event about the time-limited call for projects under the “Rural Youth” sub-theme on Thursday 16th February at 7p.m in Youth Work Ireland Centre, Child Wellbeing Centre, Bree Road, Castleblayney This information event will give an overview of the types of project that may be eligible under this call, the rates of aid available, information on the Expression of Interest and Application process, and a presentation from a youth project who previously received LEADER funding. There will also be an opportunity to talk to Development staff to discuss your project idea after the presentations. Details of the call are outlined below; Objective Total Budget Expression Of Interest Deadline Support for the provision of facilities/ infrastructure, additional equipment and resources for new and existing facilities that directly target Rural Youth. Monaghan Local Action Group (LAG) is administering the LEADER RDP 2014-2020 in County Monaghan for the Department of Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development. The County Monaghan Local Community Development Committee (LCDC) is operating as the LAG for the County. Monaghan Integrated Development the Local Development Company for County Monaghan is the implementing partner and Monaghan County Council is the lead financial partner.
