Temporary Road Closure - N12 from Coolshannagh roundabout to the townland of Garron

Temporary Closing of Roads

Monaghan County Council gives notice to close the following road in the Municipal District of Monaghan in County Monaghan.

Dates of Closure:          Monday 30^th September to 25^th October 2024 inclusive.

Road Closed:                    National Primary Road N12, from Coolshannagh Roundabout to the townland of Garron.

Times:                               9.15am – 6pm 

To Facilitate:                    Road Pavement Rehabilitation Works.

Diversion Routes:         Eastbound Diversion- Travel south from Coolshannagh Roundabout along the N2 to its junction with the Corlat Roundabout, then east along the N2 to its junction with the R213 (Castleshane), then north along the R213 to its junction with the N12. End of detour.

Westbound Diversion- Above route in reverse.

Diversions will be in place for the duration of the closure.

Every effort will be made to minimise delays.
